Internships
Gasunie offers internship positions for students on a regular basis. These internship positions are suited for students with various backgrounds. If you have a background in for example Engineering, Business Economics, Operations Management, ICT, Econometrics, International Business Studies or Legal affairs and Regulation, we may have a very interesting internship for you.
Most internships will start in January or in September. Positions are filled in three months before the internship starts. So if you are interested, make sure you contact us as soon as possible. If you have an original idea, we could create an additional internship position for you. We are very much interested in your creative suggestions!
Gasunie Project Challenge
In addition to the normal internship positions, Gasunie started in 2008 with an international student project: the Gasunie Project Challenge. During this Project Challenge, a multidisciplinary research team with students from various backgrounds works on actual strategic Gasunie cases. In 2008, twelve students carried out a landscape study in the energy markets of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Poland. In the Gasunie Project Challenge 2009, fifteen students investigated the future challenges in the world of sustainable energy.
As a part of the Gasunie Project challenge, you will work together with other students in a very diverse and multidisciplinary research team. You can gain experience together and you can learn form each other. In this way, the Gasunie Project Challenge offers you a very nice and interesting learning environment. An environment that is very well received by its participants, as you can read below in the experiences of previously participating students. You can also be directly involved in the next edition of the Gasunie Project Challenge, which will start in September 2011. Watch this site for more information.
